Master-made in Langlade County

The only Parmesan we offer is fruity, with hints of lightly roasted caramel, aged for 2 years in olive oil to crumbly perfection. It is also America’s most highly decorated Parmesan, thanks to the skill of four Master Cheesemakers and the good taste of judges around the world. Saluté.
