For seven years in a row, Roth Cheese’s Canela (formerly GranQueso®) has been a big winner on the national and international award show circuit. Seven! There is so much going on with this orangey-red on the outside, amber on the inside cheese that is inspired by Spanish manchego. Canela wheels are hand-rubbed in a blend of cinnamon and paprika, and textured in a beautiful basket-weave rind, making them a real eye-catcher on a board or spread.
