Nothing less than World Champion describes this Italian style blue cheese from Montfort, WI. Our first cheese discovery was at the dairy where this luscious Gorgonzola is made. Judged the best in the World, it is moist, creamy and mild. The veining is caused by the holes left from the piece of a tine which allows air to aide in the natural development of the mold.
Try it smeared on an “everything” bagel – no kidding.
