Master Made in Green County
There are many varieties of "Alpine" style cheeses made in Wisconsin. This gruyere style exhibits the height of master cheese making in the state. A dense cheese with a sweet and nutty flavor. A connoisseur's delight. Aged over 4 months - the 9 month version was the 2016 Best Cheese in the World winner - unfortunately, we are sold out of the "older sister" but the baby is superb too!
